As winter’s dark gently yields to the light of the sun, the earth responds by birthing new life in her awakening spring.
Woman of heart you are warmly invited to re-ignite your sacred heart-flame, and birth the seeds stirring within your soul.
As a woman of heart perhaps you are yearning to:
-Retreat from the world into a safe, gently held space.
-Listen to the whispers of your inner wisdom & intuition.
-Shine your beautiful light brightly in 2022.
Through a variety of guided practices including creative psychotherapy, meditation, sharing, journaling, and practical exercises, we will be:
-Asking for & receiving wise guidance from Great Spirit.
-Learning how to connect to the ‘qualities of the awakened heart’ and weave these into our lives.
-Listening to what is calling for our attention from the earth. What will we choose this year, with the precious energy we have been gifted?
-Honouring the gifts received from our ancestors, our people, and our sense of place that strengthen us.
