The human body is a complete energy system, in harmony with universal life force energy. Any imbalance can obstruct the natural flow, resulting in illness and dis-ease. Energy healing stimulates the body’s capacity to heal itself. There are different approaches to energy healing, and Helen primarily focuses onto Reiki.
Reiki
Reiki comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” which means vital life force energy that flows through all living things. The Reiki practitioner acts as a channel between the patient and the source of universal life.
Reiki Sessions
If you would like to experience, or treat someone else to a one-off Reiki healing, I have a 90 minute session available for £55.
Reiki series
Perhaps this one-off healing will be enough to bring you back into a state of relaxation and balance. However, if several energetic blockages are noted, Helen may suggest a series of one hour healing sessions which work out at £40/1 hour session. (when the series is paid for upfront).

About your practitioner
I first began working with Reiki in 1999, and in February 2023 was attuned as a Reiki Master Level Shinpiden.
Deeply connecting with Reiki energy in my personal and professional life has been a profound and beautiful experience.
I am so moved by the profound shifts that happen when someone invites this spiritual healing energy to their life, and I am honoured to offer this to you.
What happens during a Reiki session?
During the session, following the completion of a brief health questionnaire, the patient lies on a massage table, fully clothed. The patient and practitioner set the healing intention for the session.
The Reiki practitioner gently places her hands palms down on or just above the patient’s body in specific energy locations and uses a series of 12 to 15 different hand positions. There is no pressure, massage, or manipulation.
The different hand positions correspond to the seven energy centers located in the body known as ‘chakras’ (a Sanskrit word meaning wheel or vortex).
The patient may experience the energy received as heat, cold, tingling, or pulsing where the practitioner has placed her hands. Sometimes, the sensations are felt moving through the body, or appear as images in the mind.
Most people feel very relaxed and peaceful.
After the Reiki, the practitioner will share guidance on general self-care practices for after your healing.

Some evening and occasional weekend appointments are available.
What is your re-scheduling & cancellation policy?
When booking a series of sessions, you are welcome to pay for all of them in one advanced payment should you wish to do so.
If paying on a session by session basis, payment is due 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session date and time.
Re-scheduling of appointments by the client should be done at least 24 hours before the planned date and time of the scheduled session.
Where at least 24 hours notice is given by the client, an alternative session date and time will usually be offered free of charge, subject to availability.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, or the client does not show up for his/her appointment, the session will be deemed to have taken place and no refund will be given, and no alternative session will be offered in substitute.
If the Reiki Healer has to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, as much notice as possible will be given, and a transfer of the scheduled session to a new time and date convenient to both Reiki Healer and client will be offered.
