The day will be structured and facilitated with plenty of time for self-reflection and sharing with others. Techniques may include journaling, guided visualisation, simple ceremony, NLP, use of sound, and working with natural objects.
The workshop will be taking place at the time of Imbolc – the seed planting time of year, and we will be tuning into and harnessing this potent energy together.
