As a Forgiveness Coach, two of the most common experiences that people show up with, is feeling weighed down and stuck in shame and guilt. Often, there is confusion about which is which and how to move forwards.
In this Livestream, on Wednesday 20th January at 7p.m (UTC) we will be shining the light on shame and guilt and how they can be transformed and released through the Forgiveness process.
We will be exploring what shame and guilt are, what gives rise to them, the differences and similarities, their purpose, and how the healing balm of Forgiveness is applied differently to each of them.
