? ‘The supreme act of forgiveness is when you can forgive yourself for all the wounds you’ve created in your own life. Forgiveness is an act of self-love. When you forgive yourself, self-acceptance begins and self-love grows.’ Miguel Angel Ruiz.
Many people find self-forgiveness more difficult than forgiving others: We are challenged to drop the judgments about ourselves, face our guilt, our shameful stories, our regrets, and losses. We may have acted in a way out of integrity for us, and wish we could turn the clock back.
The Sharing Circle on Self Forgiveness will be facilitated by Helen Tanner – Forgiveness Coach on Zoom at
7 p.m (UK time) on Wednesday 28th of October.
The sharing circle is a gentle, safe, held, confidential space to meet and explore the subject of self-forgiveness. Questions will be posed into the circle, and we will discuss these and what they mean to us. (You will not be pressured to disclose anything you do not wish to)
To access the sharing circle and other free events you are invited to join the private FB group: facebook.com/groups/ForgivenessHeart (please answer the membership questions)
Blessings and peace, Helen ?
