DESCRIPTION:“Rage sits at the crossroads of personal transformation. Those of us seeking spiritual enlightenment will inevitable stumble upon personal rage upon the path” – Ruth King \nRage has two very different faces: On the one hand we feel her power\, strength\, righteousness\, heat\, and fuel for fighting oppression\, but what of her violent\, destructive\, volatile\, vengeful nature? \nAs we individually and collectively seek to transform out-dated ways of living as a human family\, is there a need for rage? \nCan transformation be achieved through Love and peaceful means? \nCan we really create something new and harmonious with an energy that matches the very problem we are trying to transform? \nIn this workshop\, we will be exploring what rage is\, its purpose\, and how we can move ‘beyond rage’ through self-compassion and forgiveness\, and find a deeper\, more rooted strength and passion through an open heart\, and connection to our divine loving nature. \nThe workshop is offered by Helen Tanner Creative Psychotherapist specialising in Forgiveness. \nThis workshop is free\, and is offered as part of World Unity Week 2021.
