Wellbeing is freedom from disease.” Dr Mikao Usui. \nTickets \nWelcome to the beginning of your Reiki healing journey. \nWhat is Reiki? \nReiki\, a form of energy healing\, recognises the human body as a complete energy system that is connected to universal life force energy. Imbalances within this system can cause illnesses and disharmony. \nBy acting as a channel between the patient and the universal source of energy\, a Reiki practitioner can stimulate the body’s natural healing capacity. The term “Reiki” itself derives from the Japanese words “rei” and “ki\,” which respectively mean “universal” and “vital life force energy.” \nWhat are the different levels of Reiki Training? \nThere are four levels of Reiki training: \nLevel 1 – Reiki foundations course-allows you to practice on self\, friends and family. \nLevel 2- Practitioner course -enables you to practice professionally. \nLevel 3-Master Practitioner course deepening your knowledge\, and practice. \nLevel 4- Teacher. \n  \nWhat will the Level One training course cover? \nThis first level is an immersive two day experience\, which lays the foundation for this ancient healing practice. \nReiki Level One is for your personal development and healing\, and will also equip you with the knowledge and practice to share with friends and family. \nThe course will give an introduction to the philosophy\, history\, and theory of Reiki\, and includes many practical exercises to boost the confidence of the students to use Reiki. we will cover the following: \n\nHealing and the energy system\nAn introduction to the Aura and the Chakras\nReiki history & philosophy\nReiki and spirituality\nThe Reiki Principles\nReiki and research\nSimple steps for meditation and working with the breathe\n4 attunements to start the flow of Reiki energy\nHow to “tune-in” to Reiki\nHow to prepare your self and the space for Reiki\nThe 12 hand positions for a Reiki treatment\nHow to conduct a Reiki self treatment\nHow to give a Reiki treatment to family & friends\nEnergy cleansing techniques\nUsing Reiki at work\nTreating pets and animals\nTreating plants and objects\nSending Reiki to situations\nThe 21-day clearing process\nUsing Reiki in daily life\n\n  \nCourse Cost: £ 160 (non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking\, and the balance of £110 is due two weeks before the course). \n  \nThe price includes: \n\nTwo days of training and practice\nA course manual\nRefreshments on both days\nCertificate\n\nTickets \nAbout your Teacher \nHelen first began working with Reiki in 1999\, when she was attuned by a Reiki Master to Level 1. In 2003 she was attuned to Reiki Level 2\, and in October 2020 she became a Reiki Master with the Academy of Energy Healing. She went on to receive further Master trainings in February 2023\, and completed her Reiki Teacher Training in September 2023 with the Reiki Science Academy. \nUsing Reiki in her personal and professional life has been a profound experience\, always reminding her to work in alignment with the Spirit of life\, and continuing to remove any blocks to love that she may be holding in my being\, to be as pure a conduit for healing energy\, life force and divine love as possible.
